For over a year, XPDTN has created space for influencer marketing and creator partnership managers to connect and learn from each other as they grow their brands on social platforms.

Members are pioneers and come from companies at the forefront of creator marketing like BetterHelp, CapCut, Chicago Bulls, Epidemic Sound, Free People, Garmin, Grammarly, Notion, Riverside, Skillshare, Spotify, Squarespace, teachable, and TRUFF.

Until now, our community has been focused on sharing knowledge. Today, we begin collaborating to discover the most talented emerging creators and share our experiences working with them in a private new tool, Top Scout.

Over the course of 8 weeks, participants in Season Three (Top Scout founders) will each add and review at least 10 creators per week. Members that contribute the minimum number of creator reviews will have lifetime free access to TopScout.app. There is no charge to participate in Season Three.

We’ll also be hosting topical discussions during the season just as we have from the very beginning.

Season Three Topics include: Contracts and streamlining legal processes; Creator pricing is up—what to do about it; Quantifying the value your brand brings to creators; Opportunities on Snapchat and LinkedIn; Working with Creators across multiple platforms; Events—sponsor, attend, skip?; Navigating relationships with agencies and managers.

We kick off the season on March 12 and will run weekly sessions through April 30. Sessions are held Wednesdays at 8am PST.

Members already on board for Season Three come from BetterHelp, Epidemic Sound, Garmin, Grammarly, Notion, Quest Nutrition, Squarespace, and teachable.

We have room for 10 additional “Top Scout Founders.” Current members will be approving the remaining members on a rolling basis until all slots a full.
